NUTRITION MONTH 2018 "UGALIING MAGTANIM SAPAT NA NUTRISYON AANIHIN"



         
We are celebrating the nutrition month every month of July to promote nutritious foods and for us to gain good health. The nutrition month is very important because it informs everyone the importance and the right nutrition that our body needs. The theme for this year is “UGALIING MAGTANIM SAPAT NA NUTRISYON AANIHIN” for me it means that we need to plant fruits and vegetables so that we can have enough nutrition.

The right nutrition is very important for our daily life because it gives strength and energy to us to do our everyday task like household choirs. The nutrition comes from the foods we eat. Fruits and vegetables are the main source of vitamin and minerals, like vitamin A for our eyes, and vitamin E for our skin. But aside from buying, you can also plant your own fruits and vegetables so that you can save money. Make a mini garden, you can plant nutritious and easy to grow vegetables and fruits like, tomatoes, kangkong, ampalaya, papaya, okra and more.

Planting fruits and vegetables are very important because this are the main source of our energy and this are good to our health. So instead of always eating meats and any unhealthy foods, start planting and  eating fruits and vegetables.
